Kratom Malaysia
Il Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) è una pianta della famiglia delle Rubiaceae. Il Kratom induce lievi stati d'ebrezza, simili a quelli dell'oppio, ma ha molte altre qualità nascoste.

Premiers essais
Premières expériences avec le Kratom , pas déçu du tout de l 'effet . avec 1 à 2 gr je me sent plutôt stimulé et "ouvert" . A partir de 4gr la c 'est plus dans l' effet du cannabis ou légère ivresse ( pas de perte d'équilibre ou de mobilité ) mais très très détendu et dans ses pensées . Aucun effet secondaire pour ma part , pas de manques .
Par contre c 'est ignoble , j ai investis dans une machine à gélules (en vente ici) .

Mild relaxing effects, helps with (low) depression
Weirdly, I don't have much to say about this one, other than: it seems to do its job !
- Tastes ok in a tea with some artificial sweetener (sucralose) and lemon juice.
- Helps with energy throughout the day and mood (low depression, on the end of a decades-long battle with severe depression though so YMMV).
- Pretty relaxing effects too, surprisingly !
All of this from 2-3 cups a day, brewed each with about 1.5-2 grams of the stuff.
TL;DR: Works for me it seems. Nothing *awesome*, but it helps. Think of the Little Train than could :D
